Description

The low-profile TeraFlex TJ: HD BellyUp Skid Plate Kit increases ground clearance by up to 2-1/4″ compared to the factory skid plate – equivalent to adding 4″ larger diameter tires.
Features:

• Constructed from CNC laser cut and bent 1/4″ steel
• Durable black powder coat finish

Notes:

• Modifications REQUIRED when used w/Rubicon or Atlas transfer cases.
• Some exhaust adjustments may be necessary.
• REQUIRES some fine-tuning and adjustment to eliminate driveshaft vibration.
• REQUIRES (Extreme) Short Shaft Kit (# 4444400 & # 4444401)
• A Transfer Case Lowering Kit (1” drop: # 1900100 & 0.5” drop: # 1900000) is recommended to decrease the severity of the driveshaft angle that is caused by the HD
• BellyUp Skid Plate – especially when combined w/ a 4”+ lift kit.
• 1” Body Lift Kit (Aluminum: # 1942100 & UHMV: # 1942101) is recommended for Rubicon models for proper driveshaft clearance.
