A proprietary blend of Daily Roast Coffee created special just for us by our friends at Elevator Coffee here in Portland, OR.
This is one of our favorite beans, our “modern blend,” comprised of coffees from Africa and South America. It’s our lightest roasted blend option and makes a perfect pour over or an delicious espresso.
The beans are crafted meticulously in small batches and offer a smooth and rich flavor. In 2023, head roaster Andrew from Elevator won the U.S. Roasting Championship and placed 3rd at the world competition in Taipei, just reinforcing that I had made the right choice!! It was a dream of mine to collaborate with Elevator Coffee and finally my dream has come true!
Flavors remind us of: tropical fruits, caramel, and chocolate.
