PSC 729 Premium Flushing Oil is a light mineral oil especially formulated for purging power steering systems before switching to a PSC High Performance Fluid. Use of PSC 729 helps insure optimum performance from PSC715 & PSC True Blue Power Steering Fluids. Simply draining old lubricants does not entirely remove the old lubricant from the system.
Intricate oil passages, reservoirs, fluid lines, cylinders, gearboxes, pumps, coolers and other power steering system components can retain residual oil that can contaminate new PSC Fluids. A brief flushing cycle with PSC 729 insures more complete elimination of old lubricants from the entire system. It also removes loose deposits so they will not have a negative effect on the power steering components efficiency or operation.
